Hypnosis for Releasing Emotions?

Q: “I’ve been having this thing where i want to release my emotions maybe crying and i can’t do it, something just stops me in my mind and ive been wanting to be able to cry, to let go of some emotions if i need to, do you have some tips for me to use in the self hypnosis?

A:

[INDUCTION] [TRANCE]

There is a want in you to do something…. and you might not know exactly how you want to do that something….is holding you back….and right now you are deciding you don’t want something to hold you back from really knowing that way of expressing yourself…. and maybe that something just needed to be acknowledged that it is there…and it may be there for a good reason… a reason that you can just slowly drop into now………….just noticing what happens when you acknowledge that something ………….when you drop deeper into it…. and really begin to feel it…feel the sensations in your body….. and the body is a very powerful instrument…. and instrument that has the ability to express the most beautiful and emotive melodies…. some happy and laughing and others may be as deep and billowy as the sea…..see….how when you begin to acknowledge this something how it can begin to allow things to express themselves in its own unique way…. and you may find that something moving….moving to a new place….or maybe moving completely out of the way just as the waters of emotions move the debris of the ancient forest.clearing a way for new sensations and experiences…. and sometimes all you need to do is give the emotion permission & the ability to move ….maybe opening a door or a window over the feeling/emotion and letting it flow out….. or like a dam you can open the spillway and it can just flow out…. and out….and out…. just letting whatever it is out, now that that something is gone…..and it can flow out and out and out until your subconscious mind is ready for you to come out of trance…..

You can try the Lester Levinson release process.
You can put a “door/window/exit pathway” over the emotion.
You can go deeper into understanding what that “something” is that’s stopping you in your mind.
